I was very touched at the personal service!

The staff, Britney, and another lady were both super friendly and helpful with adjusting my glasses and ordering glasses while coordinating with my vision insurance. I was very touched at the personal service - when I walked in to pick up and pay for my glasses, I overheard some staff late in the evening saying how they were really happy a customer ended up choosing that specific pair of glasses because it looked really good on him. This level of care and attention to care for their customers is unmatched from other places I’ve been to- I think it is related to the fact it’s a local store vs a big chain. I am really glad to have found this place 5 min from my house and will be coming here regularly for my appts! thank you very much to the doctors as well 🙂
